TH WORKS is a technology company. We work out how a business runs, then build the system that takes the slow part of it over. We usually arrive at a process that asks for too much by hand, that depends on scattered spreadsheets and email threads, that has to be rebuilt from scratch every time, or that has simply become easy to get wrong — at companies that know something has to change, but not yet what.
There is a gap between the software a business can buy and the software it actually needs. Standard packages force you to change how you work. Building something yourself takes people you do not have. We sit in that gap: we build the thing that fits, without you needing a development team.
We start with the process, not the technology. We want to understand how the work moves through your company before we decide what to build — because the most expensive software is the kind that solves the wrong problem beautifully.
The slogan is the working method. You do not have to arrive with a specification, a feature list or the right terminology. You arrive with a problem, an idea or an opportunity. Working out what should be built is the first part of the job, and it is our part.
